Miss A is a South Korean Girl Group formed under the management company of JYP Entertainment by means of their sub label AQ Entertainment. Miss A’s members, Fei and Jia has been chosen in 2007 where in Fei was seen on her way to dance school while Jia’s school held auditions and she won. Min had auditioned during the time when she was on the 6^th grade and ha traveled to the United States for 6 years training, but came back in 2008 to continue some activities in Korea. During her stay in New York, she had studied at the Repertory Company High School in the Manhattan. She is known to be a trainee that has been under some training for a very long time alongside with Wonder Girl’s Sunye and 2AM’s Jo Kwon. Fei and Jia had also appeared in 2PM’s music video for “My Color”. Member Suzy Bae was also a model.
Miss A had made their official debut in early July, 2010. Originally, the group was announced as a trio with only Fei, Jia and Suzy in June 2010, which is why they were known to the fans as the JYP sisters. They were a 5 member group during the training in 2009, but had gone through for several happenings, most remarkably is when Hye Lim had quitted and joined the Wonder Girls while there is two other girls that had left. Min had joined the last one, and that is when the name had changed.
On the 22^nd of June, 2010, Miss A was officially announced to be a group with four members, with Min who joined the group. There was also an official YouTube channel that is made for them, showing the music video for a Samsung AnyCall campaign song in which only the three of the members are featured. The song was titled to be “Dashi Sarang (Love Again)”. Then on the 30^th of June, the girls had released their “Bad Girl Good Girl” music video prior to their debut single, “Bad But Good” that contains four songs. Their debut stage was on the M! Countdown on the july 1^st at the same time starting the promotions for their single, Bad Girl Good Girl has become very popular and had topped various online charts.
On the 16^th of September, 2010, AQ Entertainment had announced that Miss A would be making their comeback and they had also revealed their first teaser photo in their official website. The music video teaser for their song “breathe” was released on the 19^th of September and the full music video was released on the 26^th of September, 2010 on YouTube. Miss A has made their comeback through Mnet’s “M! Countdown” on October 7, 2010. On October 21, 2010, Miss A was ranked to the number one for the first time on Mnet’s M! Countdown with their song, “Breathe”. After the said song, there was still no further announcement if the group will be having their comeback on the year 2011.
